An hour just won’t be enough with this guest. That’s a certainty. Somehow, someway, the Worst Show on the Web will be joined by literary royalty – Mr. Jeff Martin! Jeff was a writer for The Simpsons during their most hilarious and formative years. On top of the great scripts he penned, he was also responsible for many of the songs that have wedged themselves into your brains over the last 20 years. Do you still sing “Monorail” whenever you see one? Or “Capitol City?” Have you ever crooned to anyone within earshot, the lyrics “I am just a simple paper boy, no romance do I seek…?” Well, this guy did that to you!
Jeff also was a writer on Late Night with David Letterman for eight years. That’s right, he knew Dave when he was Johnny Carson’s Seth Meyers. And, again, somehow, someway, he’s going to be on our show! We’re beyond excited!
