Think of a horror film from the last thirty years and there’s a good chance that Shannon helped create some of the creatures featured in it. House, Amazing Stories, Predator, Pumpkinhead, Terminator 2, Batman Returns, Jurassic Park, Men In Black 3... these are just a few of the dozens of films and television shows that Shannon has worked on, many during his years at the legendary Stan Winston Studios. Shannon will join us to talk about his career, his time working with Stan Winston, the MANY iconic creatures that he had a hand in creating, and (most importantly) his new book entitled “I’m Rubber, You’re Glue : The True Story of an 80’s Monster Maker.”
